I hiked the South Lykken Trail in Palm Springs yesterday with my friends Lori and Randy before my open house.  It was so beautiful it's almost indescribable.  It's a fairly short hike but the views are amazing.  The temps hovered around 70.  It was bright and sunny, as usual.  My open house was a bust but the morning made up for it.  I am adding a link to this web site for Palm Springs hiking information.

Here it is, another fabulous day in the Palm Springs area.   80 degrees, sunny, blue skies.  I found at least six properties that would be great for clients; all really nice homes with incredible prices.  I sure hope my clients buy before it's too late.  I believe this cycle is going to be shorter than most people think.  The Coachella Valley is a resort area and is less affected be the housing trends.

Welcome to my first blog.  What a beautiful day it is today.  Low 80s, sunny.  I'm holding a listing open today and I have all the doors and windows open.  There's a soft breeze blowing through the house.  Smooth jazz playing on the stereo.

Slow day today.  Not a lot of traffic.  It's a great day for house hunting.  There are 32 single family homes on the market within a half mile radius of this Rancho Village home.  Prices go as low as $260K for a severe short pay to $925K.  When buyers get really serious they will get some real bargains.  I spent some time today emailing listings to some of my buyers.  Hopefully they will be snapping up some really great deals soon.
